The physical examination is conducted by a veterinarian in a systematic manner to evaluate the horse and to look for signs of disease, injury, physical abnormalities, or significant gait abnormalities. It is desirable that the animal not be exercised on the same day of the examination.

What You'll Need to Provide
Submit your CVI/Coggins form at least your desired inspection date to allow adequate processing time.
Payment must be made in full before forms are certified and submitted to authorities.

Emergency Guidelines
Recognizing emergency situations can save your horse's life. Call us immediately if you observe any of these signs:
Severe colic symptoms (rolling, circling, thrashing, kicking, not eating)
Eye injuries or sudden vision changes
Suspected fractures or severe lameness
Choking (food/object stuck in esophagus)
Wounds: Any puncture, deep laceration, or bleeding wound
Signs of neurological issues (incoordination, seizures)
Eye Emergencies: Cloudiness, tearing, swelling, discharge, or light sensitivity
Down Horse: A horse unable or struggling to rise
Severe allergic reactions
Dystocia: Foaling difficulties, labor exceeds 15-20 min or abnormal presentation
