Establishing Care
for Your Equine Athlete

Colorado Equine Clinic provides sports medicine care for horses across disciplines and activity levels, from developing athletes and active competitors to recreational horses returning comfortably to work.

Our veterinarians combine detailed clinical examinations with diagnostic imaging, gait evaluation and knowledge of your horse’s history to investigate changes in soundness, comfort, movement and performance.

Subtle changes in performance can sometimes be an early indication of discomfort or an emerging musculoskeletal concern. Understanding what has changed and what is being asked of the horse helps guide a focused diagnostic plan.

A Team Around Your Horse, From Evaluation to Return

Performance concerns are often influenced by more than one factor. A coordinated approach can help support comfort, function and long-term athletic health.

The goal is to understand contributing factors, guide appropriate treatment and support a safe, sustainable return to activity whenever possible.
